There are lots of organisations and resources that can help support you with your wellbeing and mental health.

NoPanic - No Panic is a registered charity that helps and supports those living with Panic Attacks, Phobias, Obsessive Compulsive Disorders and other related anxiety disorders. No Panic also provides support for the carers of people who suffer from anxiety disorders.
Anxiety UK - a national charity helping people with anxiety
Mind - provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem

Local wellbeing support

Bath Mind Breathing Space - 'a local and independent mental health charity working in the B&NES area, to promote and nurture everyone’s mental health through the provision of information, activities, advice and support'.

Compassionate Community - Bath & NE Somerset - 'the Hub works with a range of partners who have expertise in mental health, physical health, stopping smoking, managing weight, food and diabetes'.

Boys in Mind - 'a multi-agency alliance of professionals and young people across Bath & North East Somerset and beyond' promoting the importance that 'mental health and wellbeing are as important to men as they are to women'.
