Cyber taster day
Year 9 WIN students from Hayesfield Girls School had the opportunity to visit the University of West of England on the 4th December, for a Cyber Security day. Activities included becoming a crime scene detective and solving a murder mystery using code breaking techniques, lock picking, virtual reality and a workshop run by the South West Regional Cyber Crime Unit, helping students make informed decisions when moving forward with their cyber learning. One student said “It benefitted me, because I am now interested in working in Cyber security in the future”
